Visualization and management of the Nature House of the White Carpathians in Veselí nad Moravou

Dům přírody je moderním návštěvnickým střediskem chráněné krajinné oblasti Bílé Karpaty, které bylo postaveno na břehu řeky Moravy v historickém centru města Veselí nad Moravou.
Kompletní práce v oblastech elektro a MaR byly realizovány v úzké spolupráci společností ELG-ELECTRIC a GEOVAP. Provozovatelem Domu přírody Bílých Karpat je ZO ČSOP Bílé Karpaty.
From the point of view of facility management, this is a complex project with the following range of technical equipment:
Control system
4 x Tecomat Foxtrot CP-2005
Peripheral modules TCL2 and CIB
SCADA software
1 x Reliance 4 Control Server for 3000 data points
Individual PLCs exchange the necessary data with each other, which include:
lighting using DALI-2 motion/presence sensors and DALI ballasts
lighting (switched conventional circuits)
blinds and skylight shading
air handling unit Atrea DUPLEX 1500 MultiEco (Modbus TCP)
preparation and distribution of hot water
heating of domestic hot water
solar system
FUJITSU air conditioning units (Modbus RTU)
IRC controllers using Regmet spatial controllers (Modbus RTU)
JABLOTRON security control panel (Modbus RTU)
energy measurement (M-Bus)
All data is visualized on a central monitoring computer equipped with the Reliance Control Server module, which is located at the object's reception. Selected data is also stored for evaluation and service purposes.
