Control system Tecomat Foxtrot a part of Project of the Year Award on Real Estate Congress 2016 in Prague

Company Teco a.s. participated on the congress as one of the main partners and as well a member of discussion board "Smart living as a competitive advantage", which attracted a lot of attendees. Company Teco was presented in this discussion board by Petr Ovcacek. Other presenters were Tomas Kaspar - Luka Residential, Simona Kalvoda - Czech Green Building Council, Martin Vachek - Daramis Group and Jan Prucha - Insight Home.
In discussion board were presented reasons, why it has sense to use home automation systems in developer projects and practical experiences of some developers using our control system Tecomat Foxtrot. The discussion was ended by conclusion of one of the biggest Czech developer, who said, that he cannot imagine next projects without our system Tecomat Foxtrot.
During the congress, the best real estate projects were awarded. The absolute winner in two categories - Architect Award and Proffesional Jury Award - was project Luka Living Rental Apartments. For this project our partner - company Insight Home - designed a complete project of electric installation and home automation technologies with our control system Tecomat Foxtrot. In category Public Award was awarded project Spalena 5 by company Torino-Praga Invest.
Company Teco was presented on the congress by Petr Ovcacek and Jaroslav Musil.
