Today smart buildings are in demand in all spheres, from business to personal. The difference compared to apartments or houses is the size, complexity and economic subject. Transforming a building into a smart building is not complicated and can be done as easily as with a house. Its principle is to ensure easy and quick control of all the necessary elements, automate the processes and control-wise regulate and process the economic demands of the construction. For these purposes, we use the Tecomat Foxtrot system for both control and overall management, data collection in the MaR field and, of course, complex building control. Everything is subject to the individual requirements of the customer, so that the system is a real asset for those who will use it. In a smart building, practically any electrical or mechanical element can be controlled, from input systems, through blinds or lighting, air conditioning, etc. The advantage of precise building control and its climate is not only operational savings, but also creating a work environment that increases work efficiency by up to 30%.

The Tecomat Foxtrot control system with visualization via SCADA/HMI - the Reliance system ensures not only the comfort of guests in all 68 luxurious rooms, a stylish restaurant and a wellness center, but also the supervision and easy technology settings (air conditioning, lighting, underfloor heating and audio technology) for the staff. The object of the implementation was to provide a modern solution for the control, monitoring and signaling of 6 operating rooms in the newly built pavilion of the České Budějovice hospital. For implementation, we chose the CP-2007 central control unit from the new Foxtrot 2 series. This unit not only takes care of its own status monitoring, lighting control, heating, optical and acoustic alarm signaling through its own integrated inputs and outputs, but also through external CIB units.

The new offices in Damascus are located in the building, which has a basement, ground floor and first floor floor. Our task was to implement smart technology control in this building. Tecomat Foxtrot system controls the blinds, lighting and underfloor heating located on each floor.
