Luka Living Rental Apartments is an original revolutionary project for 21st century. A modern rental living with hotel services in fully equipped and in low-energy consumption standard in Middle Europe is quite unique idea.
The project received a lot of awards. The last award is absolute victory at Realitni kongres (Real Estate Congress) - Project of the Year Award in two categories - Architect Award and Proffesional Jury Award.
Our customer company Insight Home designed the complete project of electric installation and home automation with our control system Tecomat Foxtrot.
