Galvanic line Sternberk
Company AITEC s.r.o. is traditional supplier of technologies since 1997 in these fileds:
- Primary-supply of complete lines and other lines of surface treatment such as galvanizing lines for nickel, chromium, zinc, tin etc.
- Supply of complete lines of chemical treatments such as phosphating, blackening, degreasing, pickling.
- Supply of technological equipment and components for electroplating lines and other lines of surface treatment such as filter circuits, particular rinse and operating tanks, conveyors, etc.
- Production of plastic containers, rinse and operating tanks made of PP, PE, PVC or PVDF.
- Delivery of complete neutralization and wastewater treatment stations.
- Supply of technological equipment and parts for neutralization and wastewater treatment stations such as sand filters, carbon filters, ion-exchange stations, reaction tanks, transfer tanks, preparation and dosing units.

One of AITEC application implemented during 2012, is implementation of galvanic line technology for commercial galvanic plant in Sternberk, Czech Republic.
The whole process is controlled by our control system Tecomat TC700. As HMI is used control panel ID-18.
