In 2014, our control system Tecomat Foxtrot was implemented in city Ternopol in Ukrajine in city lamp manufacturing plant to control jets of painting line.
The whole process of painting line control was created according to technical documentation and requirements of company Shreder Group (Belgium).The device is placed in first machining part of line.
Jets control depends on prepared and defined formulas for each final product. Each formula ensures regular, high-quality and fast applying paint to each type of lamps. Controller can from his workplace change parameters of painting.
In this reference, there is used central module Tecomat Foxtrot CP-1015.
Project of painting line control was implemented by company CP SAKS in 2014.
