The Tecomat Foxtrot control system with visualization via SCADA/HMI - the Reliance system ensures not only the comfort of guests in all 68 luxurious rooms, a stylish restaurant and a wellness center, but also the supervision and easy technology settings (air conditioning, lighting, underfloor heating and audio technology) for the staff. You can experience it right in Pec pod Sněžkou in the middle of the beautiful Gant Mountains´ nature. The system consists of four PLC central modules Tecomat Foxtrot CP-1001. Control of showroom apartments – Września, Poland

Tecomat Foxtrot is part of the CAMEB project - a smart house in Omice

In Omice near Brno, the construction of a smart house was carried out under the supervision of experts on the quality of the indoor environment from the University Center for Energy Efficient Buildings (UCEEB). This building is part of the CAMEB project (Center for Advanced Materials and Efficient Buildings), which brought together scientists, system manufacturers and house investors, and its intention is to look in more detail at the real operation of a family house equipped with the latest technologies.

In 2015, a family house was built by the investor on the outskirts of Zlín, on which a domestic photovoltaic power plant with an output of 8 kW was installed in 2018. 19 PV panels with an output of 6 kW are oriented to the east and 6 PV panels with an output of 2 kW are oriented to the west. The power plant was supplemented with a Schneider Conext inverter and BYD batteries with a capacity of 12 kWh.
